I had an issue with my GTR board and spoke to Jack from technical support and he was fantastic from the beginning, quickly sent out my replacement part and gave clear instructions on what to do next and it worked out perfect! can’t fault evolves staff and customer service, seriously the best in the industry.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Just had the worse experience with evolve! used them for years always had my board repaired with evolve. They tried to charge £569.95 for a new battery I could buy the exact same board direct from the website for £999 The guy I spoke with Callum goodman was so rude and had a stinking attitude! And the manager wasn’t much help! Looks like my board is heading out to the trash! I’m going to try a boosted board also I’ve heard their customer service is a lot better! I’m very disappointed with evolve as I use to love there boards and even run a couple of evolve skate meet ups Facebook and instagram pages but they are just like all the other big corporate companies! Avoid at all costs

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Have had an Evolve board for years. The board is great but the service is even better. On the very few times I’ve had an issue, the dudes in the shop have been brilliant. Always helpful and fixing on site if possible. And quick repairs if more significant work is needed. Nice work Evolve. I’m a loyal customer because of your excellent physical customer service.

Just got a Hadean carbon. Absolute beast of a board and the guys sorted a mistake I made with the reward points straight away. I don’t often leave reviews as I am a grumpy old git, but these guys are top notch!
