Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 Went in to buy a trolley and as what I was after wasn’t available at the time the owner went above and beyond to source something and put together a deal that would beat any online offerings.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Walked in wasn’t greeted or looked at, no help after looking around the store for the best part of 15 mins. Was looking to buy new irons but glad I left and went to American golf instead. Awful customer service

0 You have already voted! Rating:2 Took 6 days for a reglue when told it would be done the next day (Monday). Wasn’t meant to be a problem as I didn’t need it till the weekend. I rang on Friday as I was passing and said it still wasn’t done but would be done that day and could collect later that day. I left it till Saturday morning as I needed it that day, turned up and it wasn’t ready and was locked away where they couldn’t access. So didn’t have it for my round. Went back later to collect and it was ready but was also £10 which is the most I’ve had to pay for a reglue. Giving it more than 1 star as at least the job was done.

The fitting with Matthew was enjoyable and he was very knowledgeable about his equipment and the equipment I was testing. I had an idea of what irons I wanted to try and we started there and he tweaked the shaft to suit the clubhead I was looking for. The facility was finished beautifully and to a high standard and the shop was stocked with a huge range of equipment and clothing too. I would highly recommend the fitting experience and the shop. Going back in a couple of weeks for a woods fitting

Matt and the team did a great job of getting me fitted correctly after I had a very poor experience from American golf a week prior.
I ended up ordering my new set of titleist T100 irons with Golfers Choice and had my gapping service carried out when the new clubs arrived as a part of their service too. Went over and above expectations and will be back again. This is in another league to American Golf.
