Finally! A decent sports shop!
Called in for some cricket equipment for my son. Knowledgable staff helped me get him measured up and made sure it fitted correctly. Thanks!

I was in this month to replace some squash shoes. I’ve forgotten the owner’s name (possibly John Henry?!), but he couldn’t do enough for me. Unlike the vast majority of sport shops, JH sports stocks half-sizes of most of their shoes, which in fact I did need in the end. Bigger chain stores like Decathlon don’t, as they’re working off volume margins and it isn’t worth their while. Personable, efficient and very helpful. He also, very kindly, applied military discount with proof/valid ID. Top notch customer service and the sort of business approach that all communities badly need more of. I’ll be back.

Just bought a new cricket bat for my son from here. Great product selection, good prices & staff ate informative and helpful but not pushy or pressuring. Will be returning in the new year!

Fantastic service, went in with a retro football shirt I had purchased elsewhere and the numbers/letters that I wanted put on and they have done a fantastic job. Super pleased with the result and it was all done incredibly fast. Thanks again.
