Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 Ok so when the team wins 90 – 0 for a short time it’s the best place on earth but that aside it is a great venue. The staff are second to none getting in and out is easy and not far from the train station.

0 You have already voted! Rating:4 Went for a rugby match today. I really enjoyed the experience. Well organized and would love to go there again. There were stalls for food and drinks.There was parking near by. It is located just before Mercury bingo.

0 You have already voted! Rating:4 First time at a rugby match. The thing that struck me was sizes. Watching a lot of rugby on TV warps the scale of things. We were 3 rows from the pitch and 3 seats away from the players. On the pitch they look normal size, on the screen huge up close huge. The rugby village with live band was good and loved how both teams had fans mingling socially in the same area. An amazing experience for kids.

0 You have already voted! Rating:4 Fantastic day out watching women’s Loughborough Lightnings at Franklin Gardens. There are plenty of carparks, of course they all require a bit of a walk and getting out can take a while. Some of the seats are now cushioned however most are so I would recommend taking some padding to sit on.

0 You have already voted! Rating:4 Good place to watch rugby although the quality cant be guaranteed. Easy bookable parking. Shirt walk to the stadium, ticket access worked well. Plenty of toilets. Excellent fan zone for before and at half time. Plenty of food and drink options. An excellent facility.

It’s a stadium so I know there’s not a lot to compare with or much of a bar really.
I can say the food was excellent Guinness nice and the company preferable!

Only issue is the seats are super tight. 4 normal men struggle to sit shoulder to shoulder and lift a beer.
Toilets are accessible with one way systems in place.
