Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Had no problem at all with Tapi when we went in to buy carpet, salesman was friendly, knowledgeable and didn’t jump on you as soon as you walk through the door.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 I was so relieved to find a flooring company that doesn’t do the big sell. I’d just spent over an hour in another well known retailer only to be given a ridiculous quote at the end.

The fitting completed by Steve was second to none and I could not have a single complaint. Deposit paid, fitting arranged (through Tapi), Tapi surveyor type came out to properly measure, said everything was good and we paid the remaining balance.
Fitting day, 2 guys turned up, fitted the carpet pretty quickly even though one of the guys was arranging his holiday on the phone for a good half of the time. Off they went. Even though Tapi stated that the fitters will hoover etc as part of their care package they didn’t, told us we needed to leave it 1 hour before hoovering, which we did.
After we hoovered we noticed some “bubbles” in the carpet, some kinks in the stairs etc. Emailed Tapi with some pictures and to their credit they called back the following day and said they would get the fitter back to sort it.
Same fitter came back, banged about for a bit upstairs but actually didn’t fix...

Tapi was reasonably priced and staff listened to my needs. I was in and out very quickly.
The floor looks lovely. Both the fitter and salesman friendly, but not overly friendly.
I’m very pleased!
