The store’s layout was well-organized, making it easy to navigate through various sections. The aisles were neatly stocked, and the signage was clear, aiding in a hassle-free shopping experience.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 A little out of the way so, unless you live local, you’ll need a car. But otherwise there is a great selection of items. I grew up from 18 in Japan and was a little disappointed at their Japanese selection but otherwise it’s very well priced and well worth a visit. Photos are of the Japanese items I found.

There was only one lane open, which already caused a bit of a wait. Then, an employee named Amanda approached and started yelling at me and my friend like we were misbehaving children. Her rudeness was completely out of line! There was no reason for her to speak to us in such a condescending and aggressive manner.
Being a loyal customer who frequents the store and appreciates good service, I was incredibly disappointed. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially from someone representing the company. Frankly, Amanda’s behavior has left me questioning whether I’ll ever return to this store.
If you’re looking for a pleasant shopping experience, I strongly advise avoiding the self-checkout lanes, particularly if Amanda is working. Hopefully, management will address th...
