0 You have already voted! Rating:2 I have been to collect a parcel available to pick up for more than six hours. Initially the staff told his colleague that the scanner has run out the battery and asked him for another scanner. Later on, the same staff pretended to me that the parcel has not arrived and the tracking system is wrong, so I was asked to come back next day. Very disappointed with the service received.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Be aware of their car park. If the car park is full and you want to stop somewhere on the “quiet street” – DON’T. I got two parking tickets . When asked the cashier if it’s alright to park on the street she said: shouldn’t be a problem if there is no traffic warden around the car. There is No traffic wardens but CAMERA.

It’s as though they’re p***** they have customers to begin with! This store is NOT needed with a new express 5 mins in one direction and a nicer, staffed one 5 mins in opposite direction. Just go 1 more min up the road to SAINSBURYS, better all round. If you do go here and witness what I’ve mentioned, I tried to warn you
