Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Unfortunately Domino’s it’s not as good anymore as used to be. Had ordered Mighty Meaty large pizza. It was missing ground beef, onions felt very raw, and pizza base was flat and bland – the dough not risen and chewy. It’s way overpriced and the quality gone down. Do not recommend at all.

Rating:1 EDIT: Don’t be misguided by the seemingly very ammeniable comments. It is all a gaslighting excersise to look like they take customer service seriously. Two weeks on and still no one has been in touch. I’m hardly suprised. Avoid this dominos at all costs

Rating:1 Moved houses and didn’t want to cook tonight, Called up because we were unhappy with the order, the pizza was over cooked and garlic bread burnt. We were exhausted and hungry, my husband ate the garlic bread because he was that hungry. the person we spoke to was unbothered and rude, this is the worst pizza we have had from domino’s, the pizza was overcooked, what a way to ruin a long day

Rating:1 Worst delivery service from Northampton towncenter, when I call store manager she said its upto us, We can come to an apartment or not. it’s our drivers wish. Is this the behaviour from dominos store manager? Then why are you taking delivery charge? What is the meaning of custo.er note?

I ordered a Pizza and asked for it to be delivered at 8pm 11th May, only for the pizza to be attempted to be delivered at 7.40pm. I was not home but my girlfriend was and the driver made no attempt to dial in to our flat – all he had to do was use the intercom. The driver then marked the pizza delivered on the app and returned back to the store. I then had to call the store 5 times untill someone picked up and when the pizza did arrive at 8.10pm it was stone cold. I wouldn’t mind but the driver was rude when I questioned why it was marked as delivered when it wasn’t. The pizza was also poor quality. I complained through Dominos customer services and was called by the store manager Natasha who said because...

Before preparing order, check the comments or note, if its not possible better to cancel order, don’t black mail the customers like I will go back its my wish and talk to store.
It is better to teach your staff how to read Instructions. Or if they are not ready to follow, call the customer and cancel the order.
Don’t be like dumb robots.
If you behave the same with everyone, one day you (your driver and the one answerd the call or your staff need to eat pizzas). No one will order.
