    Bluebell support team is always so pleasant to talk to. They are dedicated to helping us whenever we need their help sometime even out of hours. The entire process of choosing them as a provider to installation and after care has been really smooth as transition and very convenient. They lived up to their standards of quality assurance and services. Very thoroughly in briefing technicalities to us. Prospectively, looking forward to having them as our suppliers long term.     We have been using bluebell services for sometime now- they have never disappointed us as a team, Their services are stable and customer care team is efficient. Overall it has been a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend them. Cheers!

    We are using Bluebell services (internet and phones) for two years now and I cannot say something bad about them.
    Internet connection super stabile we never had a drop and the VoIP service is super good.
    Really happy with the support team, they help us even if the problem was not from them.
    I highly recomand the services from BlueBell

    Was experiencing technical issues with my connection. Called up spoke to a nice gentleman Joe who passed me over to Nina in customer support! Resolved quickly and was super helpful.

    If I could put no stars that’s what they would have got !!!!!
    We are a care provider to the local community. at the start Bluebell were all bells and whistles until we signed with them and then the issues started, internet phones working intermittently, secondhand equipment supplied to our office, asked to remedy problems ourselves or if they send an engineer out it would cost us. telephone transfer issues on a regular basis, the list goes on.
    We wanted to end the contract but we were told it would cost us £7000 to get out of the contract ! until we found out by another provider they said these were scare tactics.
    Finally ended the contract (our responsibility and cost to return the equipment ) courier tried to deliver which they couldn’t for some reason !! so it went back to the depot where they then lost the package. We informed Bluebell throughout the process to recover the equipment. However they demanded £1458 for the cost of the phones….still trying to locate th...
