    Alex, who is somehow the manager of the EE store, was extremely rude and unhelpful. He didn’t follow processes which caused a lot of issues. When I explained he isn’t providing good customer service, himself and store members confirmed their jobs aren’t customer service so it isn’t about delivering good customer service. Saying that Ali ended up being really helpful and resolving the matter, nevertheless it all could have been resolved much sooner but as Alex the manager was the one who made the mistake he got extremely defensive and refused to investigate the issue. Very unprofessional, he should have taken ownership and resolved the issue. The way the issue was resolved was long winded and caused inconveniences to multiple people which could have all been avoided had the manager, Alex had not made the errors he made.

    Ok, so having read most of the reviews of this store, I feel it best to share my experience.
    I went into the store in March this year to upgrade my Samsung Flip 3 as it was terrible. I spoke to the lovely Natalia who guided me through the many options to upgrade my plan.
    She was helpful, made me feel comfortable and proved that good customer service is enough to keep someone going back to a store.
    She advised on the best plan to both keep my costs down, yet provide me with the best Internet. She explained the phones that are in stock, checked stock level before going ahead with my upgrade and didn’t try to force me to upgrade to unnecessary add-ons.
    Natalia completed everything for my upgrade and put a smile on my face at the same time, she was just that comfortable to be around.
    While I can state my experience is unique, and not able to speak for the general staff af this store, I do believe had I spoken to other staff members, I would have been treated the same.

    EE store 23 Abington Street Northampton NN1 2AN near the Metro bank and opposite Mobile Lab Northampton. Just outside the Grosvenor shopping centre Northampton. Friendly and helpful staff who are keen to help you with your EE issues as efficiently and effectively as possible. Unfortunately, today 24 April 2024 at 11.10 am their support advisor in store had lied that they had previously spent “3 hours” when it was recorded as 39 minutes on my Google maps timeline history as attached whilst in the queue at EE and their support staff had previously assisted me by setting up my new smartphone bought online from EE where the chat online advisor told me to visit my local EE store in Northampton but unfortunately all my data was not fully transferred over so I had to book a further appointment 25 April 2024 and the issue was not resolved due to acts of terrorism by the previous crime suspects.     If you’re disabled do not go to EE. We have an EE customer who came into our network who only needed help with resetting her Samsung account password as she couldn’t use her phone without it. An EE advisor said ‘they’re not technical people and only do sales’
    So the customer came to our store and we helped her and sorted it for her in 10 mins! She cried with happiness as her phone hasn’t been accessible for 2 days and she’s disabled and really needs a phone and was really disappointed that EE wouldn’t help her even though she’s a customer of theirs! Nice to know they only serve customers who want a sale not for the paying customers who need help!

    Atrocious service, will never ever revisit here ever again, last phone went on me so needed a phone ASAP! So been using EE for years and never had problems before until now, greeted by the girl with a BT Lanyard, we asked about a new phone but she decided to go off topic and offer broadband, we already have it, then mentioned to her about a new phone, lack of display of phones, went back after providing a budget and a certain phone I wish to go for and mentioned that I’ll need to take the phone away today she said that’s fine let me go back and check for you, came back after 30-45 minutes she went off topic yet again trying to push the flexible contract then mentioned yet again and we mentioned that I have a disability I require a phone today she then told us we don’t do that we can only deliver it. Waited an hour after coming in to tell us that we cannot walk away with a phone same day, sorry to say you’ve put me off and going to somewhere else! Not helpful at ...
