Rating:5 The team at Companion Care have been looking after our two dogs for the past year or so. Everyone from the receptionist, nurses, and vets have been great every time we have visited (and we’ve visited more than most!!!). From a check-up to major orthopaedic surgery the care has been outstanding. Recommended 100%. Polly and Blackbeard say a million thank you’s for taking care of them!

Rating:5 Booked my cat in for a weight check and just general checkup because her behaviour has changed lately, saw the nurse who explained that we needed to see a vet because she could only do a general health check, but not diagnose or prescribe anything. Went to see if the vet had any appointments for later on that dat, then came back and said the vet was free and could see Remedy straight away.

During surgery, Pavel discovered that it was not bladder stones, but rather a large tumour.
Pavel had confidently assured us it was bladder stones. He even showed us pictures from the scan to explain the stones. Pavel proceeded with surgery without knowing what he was going to find. I feel this put our dogs life at risk. I was even asked on the phone during the surgery “how much of the tumour do you want me to take off”?!
We are so disappointed with the level of care that we received. Pavel did not listen to our any of our concerns and was dismissive of our questions. When questioned as to why he didn’t know the dif...

Went into the vets room, she listened to our concerns and explanations, asked lots of questions, checked Remedy thoroughly, said there was no lumps or bumps, temperature was fine, heart rate was a little fast but that’s most likely due to stress at being at the vets, poked and prodded etc. Said she could do a blood glucose test to check for diabetes but it would cost, explained the cost and left the choice entirely up to us, didn’t push or pressure us into having it done, we had it done anyway and although it was slightly higher than it should be, it could be stress related and for it to...
