Today we’ve received a lovely, handwritten, heartfelt card in the post and some forget me not flower seeds to plant in his memory from the practice❤️ 10/10 service from the team in this instance.

The reception team are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The medical team are approachable, happy to spend time so you fully understand everything, give honest information and treat animals with love and respect.

Rating:5 I just want to thank Ian our Vet who has looked after Fury our German Shepherd who has had a major complex hernia issue, Ian has been very thorough and covered all bases with his treatment and to the best of his ability tried to help us understand the situation Fury was in. It is still early days of recovery for Fury but every step of the way Ian and the Amazing Nurses who had the pleasure of Fury cuddles overnight and reception staff at this veterinary practice have done all they can to help Fury and us. It is a very difficult job dealing with people who are emotional about their pets but the team have been great this time. And Fury is on the road to recovery all thanks To Ian and the team of Nurses. (Sorry I don’t know the Nurses names but they do an amazing job in very difficult emotional situations). Thank you again Neil & Natasha
