Rang up to enquire due to home flooding, lady on the other end was miserable and unhelpful.

Avoid very strange couple not impressed with the setup, had to leave town due to familly emergency didnt have much choice, looks like this is a cash thing rather than a genuine love of animals.

We called this place today to see if they could take my cat for a few days. We asked to come down beforehand and have a look at the facilities. We were told that we couldn’t and they hung up!!. Why would a reputable cattery not want people to see where their pet was being cared for? Avoid this place!
