(And I’m based in N.Ireland) The instructions were all very simple and straightforward. I am so grateful that this service exists – as I wouldn’t want to be unnecessarily giving him medication every few months! It also goes beyond the worm count with other useful information about the gut health that I don’t fully understand but it’s great be able to have such detailed information for such a great price. The staff are all super friendly and quick to reply with really valuable advice. 100% recommend this for any pet parent 🙂

It is fast and reliable ,very pleasant if you have to speak to someone. much better service than putting chemicals on your animals on the off-chance they have worms, much better to get reliable results incidentally my dogs have never had worms, so would have been putting unnecessary chemicals into them.
