    I had such a great experience at Oxford Audi from my first phone call to Chris Miller to driving away in my new car the service was fantastic. Chris listened carefully to what I wanted from a car , gave us several test drives and sorted out all the electronic paperwork efficiently and effectively.

    I don’t often write reviews but I feel compelled to. Avoid Audi Oxford at all costs. Great at selling you a car. But couldn’t care less about you afterwards. Trying to speak to a manager proved almost impossible to try and resolve issues. Car had a few minor missing items to start which were rectified – eventually! Had a broken parcel shelf and missing passenger seat recliner wheel. Yesterday I discovered that my front tyres were completely bald and down to the core. My car has barely done 3000 miles since January. I have been given a car that was sold with total misalignment. Today I was told by Sean the manager that they don’t do geometry tests when putting new tyres on their cars. Only some of the cars get tested. Tell me, how do you pick which tyres deserve to get tested?? Absolutely fuming and was told there’s nothing they can do.Ombudsman here we come…

    Where do I start … a recall with Marshall’s Oxford Audi, that should have taken approximately 2 hours, took 8 days for my car to be returned. Regularly telephone calls go unanswered, when they do answer no one returns your call. Constant chasing, minimal information and yet somehow they still have time to send me a pointless, unasked for video of the underside of my car and a list of various things that ‘urgently’ need doing at vast cost. What I wanted and needed, for my business, was my car – all this caused great inconvenience. I was asked if I would consider using the company to service my car going forward – laughable! Upon my car’s eventual return, again later than promised, there was a nice gesture of bottles of alcohol. However, the whole debacle means I will endeavour not to darken Marshall’s Oxford Audi ever again. I should have remembered when we made the mistake of buying a used car from them many years before…

    Huma was such a delight to buy a car from. She patiently explained everything and was very knowledgeable. The extra care she took to ensure i was 100% happy was appreciated so much. My 10 year old LOVED her. Thank you so much.

    We had been put in a difficult position after being let down by another car brand. This was far from the case at Audi with Finn, start to finish he was extremely helpful in finding exactly what we wanted! He was always contactable, quick to respond and very easy to deal with. We are very happy with our new car and the amazing service provided by Finn and Oxford Audi!

    Car went in for transmission service few weeks back and I was offered a complimentary clean so I thought even though my car was clean why not. Anyways when I got it back its got soap left all over the car so I thought thts not right anyways when i carefully looked over it i see scratches on the bodywork. I was left wondering is that why they left the soapy residue on my car so its not obvious anyways the air vent inside was also broken spoke to manager who just denied the damage was caused by them. So now I have to spend hundreds of pounds sorting this out. I
    Was told that when you hand your vehicle to service they should carry out an inspection of the vehicle but this was not the case. If you do take your car to this garage make sure you give it a good inspection before you drive off otherwise you’ll end up spending more fixing it. Avoid at all costs plenty of alternatives and reputable garages out there for audi.

    Just hand my Q5 service and Mot done .first class customer service so helpful and friendly . We bought the car from them as well . Will definitely be using them in the future. Highly recommended 5star

    This is a truly awful dealership and I would urge any prospective car buyer to look elsewhere for a new or used Audi.

    I dealt with a salesman who in my experience of buying cars lacks integrity or any sense of customer care. On receiving my vehicle I noticed two prominent dents and a stone chip that was not pointed out beforehand, and I had to escalate the matter to management due to his reluctance to resolve this amicably. My concerns were eventually resolved but after a frustrating experience.

    I then noticed at a later date that the parcel shelf was missing, I sent numerous emails and left messages and I’ve had no response to my enquiry. I have therefore decided to move on and purchase the item from another dealership.

    I had an extremely disappointing experience with Marshall Audi Oxford. The customer service was abysmal, and to make matters worse, the issue with my car wasn’t resolved despite being charged for the purported fix.

    Despite having an Audi Warranty, the initial response from Marshall Audi Oxford was refusal to take in my car, citing that it was purchased from a different Audi Garage. After reaching out to Audi Warranty customer service, I was informed that any Audi approved garage should accept the vehicle. Eventually, Marshall Audi Oxford reluctantly accepted my car, only to charge me for a supposed resolution that did not actually fix the problem.

    Upon expressing my dissatisfaction and requesting a follow-up, I was informed to bring the car back after a staggering 2 months. There was zero prioritization for a customer who had already scheduled an appointment and faced initial failure in resolving the vehicle’s issue. This lack of urgency and customer care is unacceptable ...

    Wow what a fantastic show room With beautiful cars, the customers department where out standing with Communication same with the services department keep me informed Throughout my car service!
