    I don’t like complaining but I feel this is necessary.

    Today I purchased shorts and a pack of socks from the above branch, I stood waiting at the till for about ten minutes and the queue was ridiculous. The lady on the till was very happy just chatting to other workers and when asked by them if she needed help on the tills with the queue she said no it was okay, twice. There was at least 8 people in line.

    To add to the frustration when I got home to try on my shorts she had taken one half of the tag out, I discovered this only when I put the shorts on after feeling the sharp pin part drag on my back thigh.

    What a bad experience.
    We waited more than 20 minutes to get our shoes and guess what?
    We left with no shoes!!!
    Very slow and bad service! The worst ever.

    Really friendly and helpful shop with a large entrance space for wheelchairs and lots of manueverability. They do have these weird trollies in the shoe section which can get In the way. I can move stuff but not everyone can and you would need to get a member of staffs attention to help you. They dealt well with my autistic son and they were humble about me pointing out that the card machines can be handed to customers on wheelchairs or with low visibility etc.

    Shocking customer service, used to be a good store but now full of incompetent staff some still greet customers etc but one of the boys there everytime I go says to one of the girls he “doesn’t like doing the tills” so he leaves all the work to her, went in to buy some shoes there was a line behind me forming and I got told to wait while the only member on the tills was doing something with some clothes back there. Just takes way too long man. One thing business need to understand is your goal is to make money at the end of the day and if you make taking your customers money a tedious process your gonna fail.

    Please, I cannot stress this enough, do not shop at this store. When I ordered in-store for a delivery to come to my house, they printed a receipt with a completely different customer’s information and order. When I returned to the store to inquire about this, after my shoes did not arrive, all of the staff (even the main manager) were absolutely clueless and unsympathetic. It took me 40 minutes to get a refund and no answer to how this ridiculous mistake was made.

    Went there to pick up an online order and waited probably 15-20 mins for someone to find it. Had an email to say they had it but they didn’t recognise the order number. Someone spent about 10 mins looking for it then came down with someone else’s parcel.
    Eventually they said they had found it and 5-10 mins later someone can out with it.
    I would recommend just paying for home delivery instead of collecting from store.

    The worst place ever never gonna buy any more products from them. Firstly received the product really late than the dispatch date which was 28th of June and collected it on 14th of July. Secondly the shoes were really slippery and had a fall and came back to the shop waiting in the queue for half an hour pathetic customer service the manager didn’t seem like he cared about anyone. Spoke to the lady at the till and explained her I am eligible for the 14days replacement and they denied the request saying the shoe is not in good condition have put the photo for everyone to see like literally wore just once and then the manager comes up and says he can’t do anything other than sending it for inspection since the shoe is in a bad condition like i got this brand new two days back from your store and you guys without even looking at it just judge the shoes which frustrated me since i waited for this shoes quiet long and again he said 14 days which just literally is really bad customer servi...
