The cinema is excellent, large comfortable rooms and delicious popcorn (sweet and salty). Drinks are a bit pricey, 3 drinks came out to £10 (plain bottled cola)

It is a great place you can watch movies but food and the audio quality is great – can book tickets online ahead or at the front desk

We came here to watch Civil War . Very nice staff, but the place is in need of an urgent update and refit.

A lot of the seats where torn or out of use which I have never seen in an Odeon before.

Floor and seating had not been cleaned properly since the previous viewing.

(Screen 4) Tiny screen, uncomfortable non-reclining seats, floor at a jaunty angle. £2.50 extra if buying in person.

Feels like going to the cinema back in the 90s. Pay 50p more and go to the lovely Curzon nearby.

The staff were lovely and the toilets nice and clean, but the seats are uncomfortable (not enough legroom and I’m small), and it was freezing cold, couldn’t take my coat off.

Watched the new release of Wonka, with SkY VIP tickets so as it was free it was definitely a value for money film. Film I really enjoyed but I guess I’m not really reviewing the film but the actual cinema. Upon arrival we was greeted and directed to the Sky representative who validated our entry we was then directed to which screen our film was being screened at. Which was number 6 I believe, after following a long corridor and turned left we found a door which we went through, we was the first in and can’t fault the tidyness there was no sign of empty drinks or wrappers or popcorn all was spick and span we had the luxury or choosing our seat as it was first come first served through Sky TV so we went for the nicer seats.
The room was one of the smaller cinemas that I have been in and the size of the room felt nice as it was for a special screening of a family movie.

Upon leaving we needed the toilet and after walking past the ladies and no sign of a male toilet along t...

Nice staff. But Very uncomfortable seats, smallish screen, I had to sit up to see over the seat in front. Overhead lights distracting.

Oh my goodness, the cinema we were in (I think it was cinema 4?) was horrendous!
It was small and smelt really strongly of mould. Would have been better to stay home and watch TV! I’m sure some of the other bigger cinemas are fine, but this was AWFUL!
