1hr free parking with free ticket obtained from payment machine. Good for those drivers who want to use the EV charging facilities for Tesla and non-Tesla cars. The issue is there was only one machine out of five was working to validate 1hr free park.

We have a camper van which is our main mode of transport. We had to use the long stay as it did not have a height barrier. Rather than £5 for park and ride it was £8.10 for 24hrs that did not need. Then we could not use it to get the bus into Oxford to see a play, we had to buy tickets which cost another £5. The long stay is disgusting, see photos. We shall not be returning.

It gets quite full. Lots of machines to pay by card,or the app, which takes time and makes queues. If the sun is on it ,its hard to see the screen. Different prices for car plus passengers. Good value, you don’t wait long and buses are regular taking you into Oxford. The journey back can be slow due to traffic.

Easy to get to from ring road to South of city, very convenient for the short ride in. There are toilets on site too. Only 1 of about 5 pay machines was working on a busy Saturday morning with the signs on the broken ones suggesting they’d been out of action for some time. The exit is slightly confusing to a newcomer taking you out to a side road. Buses ran about every 10 minutes and were clear, quiet, and modern. Hope to return.

There are 6 parking machines all located by the bus stop. 5 of the machines have been switched off with a sign encouraging folks to use the app for parking. The inevitable queues around the single machine accepting cash/card is frustrating and causes some to miss their bus.

Had to use this place as we drove in from the south. Sadly it lived up to all the poor reviews, how embarrassing for Oxford City. I wonder whether anyone from the local tourist board has visited here. I would not allow my dog to use the toilets they were so disgusting and dirty.
When we used the Ring Go app to pay for parking we could not pay for 4 adults, so we were then stung again on the bus to pay for return tickets having already paid to park our car, so much for Park & Ride. There is nothing to tell you this is the case. Aside from regular users everyone I saw and spoke to was totally confused by the whole process.
You can’t easily not use the facility but I would strongly recommend exploring other options.

Easy to find from bypass. Lots of parking space. But: Tickets a bit complex. Park and bus ticket only valid for a few hours. Ended up buying a ticket at the only operating machine after a que of people trying to understand which ticket to get. Then had to top up online. Then buy another bus ticket to get back. Not easy for a first timer. Better instructions? Bus driver friendly and commiserated!

Very poor and intimidating signage implies the only way to pay is on your phone and that this must be done within 10 minutes of arrival. Tried to do so but website very glitchy and failed. The bus stop itself was not visible from the parking area. When we found the stop the helpful bus driver pointed out the perfectly straightforward card payment machine. Much stress and anxiety and wasted time would have been avoided if information about this machine had been included on the signage in the car park area.

    We visited 04/08/23.
The two stars are earned only by its good proximity to the city.
After parking you see signs you have to pay within 10 mins. Then there’s another sign saying 1st hour free?!
Of all the machines, most have been covered up with a Pay By App banner.
Then there’s two location codes for the app depending on if you’re using the bus or not.
Probably the least user friendly P&R site we’ve ever used.
At least the bus driver was kind and patient, they must get fed up dealing with confused people.

Signage could be a lot better, ESPECIALLY, about the 10 minutes the council allow you to buy your ticket after arrival. The first you find out about this is when you’re in the queue behind others who are struggling to find the next button to press on the ticket machine. That’s the single operational machine out of five available!!

If you’re using the bus, the parking ticket you’re buying includes 1 bus ticket. You can amend it to 2. This costs you +£1, whereas it’ll cost you £3 on the bus. Again it’s not obvious.
