Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 I took a large group of teenagers to the Friday evening session. I booked over the phone which was very straight forward. It was busy, but everyone had a fun couple of hours skating. 5 stars go to the member of staff that looked after us when 2 of our group fell and needed first aid. She was excellent

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Staff were very discourteous, yelling at us with a terrible demeanor. I also observed them shouting at other individuals from ethnic minorities. I highly discourage visiting this establishment.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 We had a very fun morning yesterday. I took my 3 kids ages 5-13-16 we all had a fabulous time. I must say I was very impressed with one member of staff, can’t even remember his name but he was the first aider and the man that sorted the ice after the session. I have a child with special needs who had a fall and he was very good with him, not only that but I witnessed him helping so many people on the ice, helping them learn and encouraging them to keep trying, offering a helping hand when people fall. I know it’s his job but he was honestly so lovely and approachable.wve never seen such a lovely member of staff, My eldest struggles to talk to others but even felt comfortable to ask him to teach him how to go backwards that meant so much to me. We can’t wait to come back again. Having 3 children big age gaps 2 autistic and adhd it’s rare we find something for all of us to enjoy have fun but most of all everyone feel comfortable. Management recently stopped allowing skate aids on the ice on Friday evening – leaving some parents with no choice, but not to come ice skating on Fridays. Good luck to those, who can make it only on Fridays!!!

Very helpful staff, kind and considerate.
The ice rink was busy, but plenty enough space.

Toilets are not the best, but we have never needed them so far.
On the other hand, the staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. Particularly Amy who’s usually at the Rentals and another young lady (short hair, always tied and with dimples). Thank you!
