Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 A very modern Sainsbury’s. Inside it’s kinda futuristic. All the price labels are mini-LCD screens that update dynamically. There’s a Starbucks inside and a free car park.

Rating:1 Chaos!!! – please put staff on tills, the self service system is rubbish, not everyone wants to use it, you have to ask to get someone to open a till to serve you, not very customer oriented. Especially when your huffed at when you request that there is a staff operated till opened. Today I found a till open but then the woman serving said she was only serving the person she was attending to at the time, I watched her turn away at least 6 other customers.. which suggests I’m not the only one who doesn’t want to use self service tills. Not really in line with your company values Disappointed!

0 You have already voted! Rating:3 Although the refit is nice I do not like the fixtures being in the opposite position. Also there are now low bash and trip hazards in some sections with some new shelf display baskets that hang near to the floor which hang off the main shelves, you either bang your ankle or ram the trolley into it and it also limits the space in the aisle. The recycling area needs to be collected more often please as I’m fed up of having to leave my bag of plastics on the floor and also trying to balance my used brita filter because the container is full, my husband is very angry that men’s clothing has gone he is someone that likes to try before he buys and he doesn’t want the hassle of having to come back if it doesn’t fit, men are not catered for in many shops now so this was another disappointment.

The store looks amazing. Great layout busy at the moment but that is to be expected. Great Starbucks the food to options are brilliant!! love the new colour schemes

Not all workers f your customers want or maybe not able to use self service checkouts!!! Open more manned tills!!!
