Showing 10 reviews Rating:5 I thought from the moment I called , the reception staff were amazing, helped me straight away , and the vet was so wonderful with my Billy My dog had an accident on the Tuesday morning, I called my vet and they said they could not see him until the Wednesday afternoon , he could not walk, that was over 24 hrs wait, I called the Boundary vets , they saw my dog , my fur baby within half an hour, and have checked in with me , and reassured me , and I can go back at anytime, I have now changed , and would 💯 per cent recommended.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 We haven’t been at this practice for long Our tiny cat Lola was involved in a fight and the vets fitted us in at 10am today which was great. However, the vet we saw was unable to handle our cat hissing at him and said he would take her into another room where a nurse could hold her to check her. I asked if we could come into that room and he said no. We were not comfortable with him taking her out as we couldn’t see what was done. He then came back with her and gave us cream for her eye and some anti inflammatory drops to give her and said to bring her back if things didn’t improve. So nothing was administered at the vets, as far as I know. So a quick look with some creams etc cost us £109 or thereabouts. I asked for a break down and the Receptionist told us and said she would email it also. A quick Google search has shown us the Metacam drops cost £5.80 and the eye cream Isathal £10.63 so how on earth did the bill come to that much. Not really impressed at...

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 The reception staff are friendly and welcoming. The waiting area is always nice and clean with two waiting areas, one for dogs and one for cats, that makes things easier and less stressful for my two cats and me.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Fantastic vets practice where everyone is professional but friendly. The vets always listen and understand the issues. I have utmost faith in this vets practice. They even found a way to reduce my bill by £170 for the year which was much appreciated.

My cat just had a tumour removed, and the vets and nurses were great with him and fully explained everything, including the cost to me.
So, I would highly recommend this veterinary practice due to the friendly and professional staff who are up front of the cost and are always happy to help.

From the lovely greeting I got when I walked through the door to the professionalism of each and every vet/nurse I encountered. My kitten has recently had an operation here and the aftercare and follow ups have been amazing.
I have felt very comfortable every time I’ve been here.

Have to comment on pricing. 2 visits for phampton pregnacy £250. 51. Very extreme cost of galastop. Actually cost more that vet consult for 7mls. Online £23.47 in vets £56 + more than double. These prices are going to cause animals to suffer in the long run.
