Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 My daughter has gone to a birthday party today at Bermuda Soft Play and did not receive her food with the rest of the party, due to Bermuda’s fault! They forgot her food. When looking for it to be brought out afterwards they brought a plate of chips and said the kitchen was closed!! Leaving a 4 year old without rhe pizza she had asked for, watching all the other children eat!! Disgraceful!!!! If I could give minus stars I would!! I’m disgusted! How can you do this when parents have paid to celebrate their children’s birthday!

0 You have already voted! Rating:4 Really great value for money, my little girl had a wonderful time, as did her cousins, ranging in age from 10 months to seven years. The only downside is that it was really hot inside and all kids and adults were sweating, could definitely benefit from some air con. It was only 15c outside so not particularly hot, so no idea why it was so warm inside.

0 You have already voted! Rating:4 The playground offers ample space for children to play and explore with different areas for varied activities. It is particularly well-suited for kids between the ages of 4- 5 years. For younger children, it is advisable to accompany them while they are in the playground. The food is of good quality, the prices adequate and the staff is friendly. However, the allotted time of 2 hours is not sufficient for my little one. It may be worthwhile to consider extending the time slot by an additional hour

0 You have already voted! Rating:4 Nice soft play however we don’t go as often as we would like because the sessions are short and inflexible so for midweek soft play it doesn’t offer good value.

0 You have already voted! Rating:3 My child love this place and I’m happy with the staff but .. The staff should pay more attention to people and, surprisingly, to adults who do not follow the rules. The playground outside should be closed but people do not follow this and was besieged and unfortunately left the door open and didn’t care on other who wanted them of course it was reported to the staff and reacted accordingly so I’m very happy with that. I’m anyway happy with this place and with the staff members.

It’s the only soft play left that still does such short sessions (left over from COVID I think ) .
We would visit far more often and spend more money on food etc if it was more flexible on people staying longer.
Weekends when it’s busy the sessions make sense, but midweek it’s really empty so it seems counterproductive to be so rigid.
Food is nice and the fish tank is a firm favourite.
Toilets are clean and there’s a nice outside space for good weather too.
