0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Visited today to catch up with family as my grandson birthday tomorrow and did not wish for a party. We all had food and drink which was good, we had bought a cake which we asked if we could bring it in to be told no which was upsetting as we were eating there. As in other reviews no need to charge adults. Staff were lovely, pannis are great, we would return as the children loved it

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 It was our first time visiting this soft play and I have too say I’ve never been to a softplay that’s as clean as this! like ever! They definitely work hard & take pride in keeping the place spotlessly clean. The Staff are so nice and welcoming, Didn’t have to wait to get served either. my 3 children absolutely loved it! Will definitely be returning in the future 🙂

0 You have already voted! Rating:4 Similar prices as all other soft play places. This one did have quite a lot of tables for sitting at, which could be a good thing but it also meant there was less soft play. It had different sections for each age range. Under 1. 1 to 4. Over 4. 2 VIP areas.

Separate play area section for under 4 and above 4.
Limited free car parking also available.
All the members have to pay to enter in to the premises.
Parents can’t accompany/play with the children on the 4 and above children section.

Each area was tiny I thought, the over 4 especially. Food was reasonable. Same old same old stuff to buy. The toilets could have been painted brighter ie painted in primary colours rather than plain white.

I last visited in 2019 and the place was very run down and dirty which put me off ever returning. However, after my friend assured me it was no longer like that, we visited yesterday and were very impressed with the facilities.
My 18 month old had a brilliant time and we will definitely be returning. £4.95 for 2 hours Toddler Time with biscuits and a hot drink is an absolute bargain.
The only criticism I have would be that it would be good to have the ability to pre-book online and have separate queues for bookings and walk – ins.
