0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Went as two adults at noon on a saturday. Briefing was easy to understand and staff are friendly and helpful. The facilities are good, we enjoyed our time there. However something to keep in mind, kids will jump right in front of you and go on an activity you are already on making it dangerous. We spent a lot of the time just waiting for kids to get out a foam pit they cannonballed into while we were ready because we didn’t want to accidently land on them if we fell. I feel adult only hours should be a thing so any parties of no children can go and not have to worry about that. Still had a good time! Thank you!

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 The kids had a great time. Such a shame that the catering facility is rubbish. Coffee tasted like hot water even after an extra shot! Friends who had a black coffee with a caramel shot said it tasted like caramel water. Please look at your hot beverage provision

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 My son had his birthday party here on Saturday, and the ‘dedicated party host’ was barely dedicated to being awake let alone running a kids party. Spent a lot of time hanging around doing nothing while we got signed in and waited to see the video (which is kind of expected), but then when we had seen the video, she didn’t talk to the kids and just said quietly to my partner that we could go in now. So my partner had to take over and get the kids all together and hyped up for the party and advise them where to go. We suggested we get shown to our table first which was ‘reserved’ so the kids knew where to find us. That resulted in us walking between both seating areas three times for about 5-10 minutes as our reserved table had disappeared. The party host then took a table from another party, which resulted in them giving us daggers for the rest of the time. Party host left us in a room with no music and didn’t “host” at all.
We were eventually given a Bluetooth speaker after asking for one and it had no battery.
Party food was dire. 2 bowls of plain tortilla chips (kids favourites?? Haha no). Along with pizza and ice lollies. They said the crisps were plain due to them being the safest for kids with allergies yet gave us ice lollies with no nutritional information.
The “host” did manage to remind me every 2 minutes of our remaining time in the party jail cell.
I did complain and got a free visit but I will never be returning.
Do not waste your money on a party here.
I wish I’d gone elsewhere.
