Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 Amazing people who obviously love their job, everyone I spoke to was great, I got mine in Oct and then we had the floods so as my ride to work is country lanes I couldn’t use it for a while!! But have been using it regularly now the flooding has gone. It’s fantastic, I ride ( if you can call it riding as it’s soooo easy) 18 miles round trip, it makes the very steep hills( 3 nightmares on my old bike) easily, slows down to about 8mph at the hardest bit but still makes it without me worrying, took a while for me to get used to the weight of it and how to ride it as I’m only 5ft so worried about the height and being able to put my foot down when having to stop at junctions etc, but I soon got used to it. If your looking for a great bike that literally takes all the effort out and especially if you use it for work then don’t look any further, it cut 15- 20 mins off my commute time so I get a bit of a lie in!!! I had an ESKUTA myself for a little while and at first I thought it was ok until I realised how much of a con it was. They say a range of 50miles average and they don’t even do half of that, I was stranded with a 50kg bike to push home for 5 miles. If you want real reviews and all the problems people have with them then join the Facebook page and see for yourselves. May I also add that today 1/2/24 they breached GDPR LAW and disclosed personal information about 76 people including myself over emails to the 76 recipients. They tried to blame it all on me when I replied to an email. They have also defamed my character. This will be getting took further.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 My husband ordered the latest model in December which the website said it would arrive in 7 days. We finally took delivery 4 weeks later with no contact or explanation about the delay. The handover took less than 30 minutes and my husband was left with more questions than answers. The tracking that he paid extra for isn’t online and customer services are not interested. On his second call having been told he would be called back, he heard the supervisor tell the call handler to “call him back later as we don’t have time to deal with this”. I am disgusted at this service. How do you expect your customers to trust in you when you treat them so badly? All we want is to be able to get the tracking sorted and be treated politely. It seems that once your money has been taken they don’t care!

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 The Eskuta sx-250 series iii is a brilliant e-bike. There’s no other product like this in the United Kingdom. I did some research on e-bikes and kits. I came across the Eskuta. I did some research on this and found that it’s so brilliant design that I had to have one. The styling is amazing it’s got all the features that I wanted and more.

I would like to thank all the staff at Eskuta. I had the Eskuta on Friday and now it’s Tuesday. I have done 17 miles so far. All the best from Ron Jones.

One issue I’ve noticed is the excessive use of plastic, particularly in the battery protection under the seat and front charger storage unit. The plastic is quite fragile and could easily be broken by someone with ill intent, which is a potential security risk for the bike and any valuables stored in the front charger unit.
Additionally, it would be helpful if there were an option to turn off the sound of the indicators and other features on the bike. While I understand the importance of these alerts, they can be a bit disruptive at times, especially when riding in quiet areas.
Despite these minor drawbacks, I appreciate the good customer service provided by Latisha and the team at eskuta. Overall, I would recommend this electric bike to others, w...
