Lovely owner and very helpful who is very unsure about the continued business as HS2 is building on his door step, and maybe lost to supposed progress. The site is in decline and very overgrown as it’s officially closed until building work is finished. However, if you just need a one night stopover you can stay on his drive, water and waste disposal on site, no toilets. just give him a call.

A simple site but lovely just what we wanted. Owner very knowledgeable about the area, he even cut a path on the bank so we could see the river where it meets the stream. Easy lovely walk into beautiful kenilworth. Looking forward to returning.

A lovely little place I’ve been 5 time’s and had a lovely time Barry the owner of the lovely site is a lovely man and will do his best to see you have a great stay

Was travelling through here by bicycle, arrived late and the owner was very accommodating. Amenities are basic but if you want an overnight tent pitch it’s ideal.
Close enough for takeaways to be delivered.
