I’ve always had a good customer experience purchasing fish, aquatic plants and aquascaping products from here. Edward at the store had exepectional knowledge on the species that I was interested in and delivered a first class service overall.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Very poor condition of fish! See photos of our most recent visit. Our previous visit was 9 months back when we spent in excess of £75. 5 of 6 neon tetras died, 5 of the 6 fancy guppies died, the clown loach disappeared never to be seen again and 1 of 3 glass catfish died. I then noticed other fish in our well established tank were showing signs of fin rot and began quickly treating. Unfortunately a rope fish that had been with us for three years passed after developing a redness around the gills. Annoyed, I put it down as “one of those very unfortunate things”. Today we were visiting the garden centre next door and thought I’d call in to see if they had a rope fish as my son is desperate to have him replaced.

All of the fish that I have purchased have been sold in immaculate condition and still are immaculate now.
