Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 We have just returned from a fantastic weekend at Somers Wood. Facilities here are spotless. Showers are spacious and fully adjustable. Pitches are large and flat. Staff are so friendly and helpful. It’s great to see a site that is beautifully kept but a lot of consideration has been given to the visiting wildlife . The bird song was fabulous.

0 You have already voted! Rating:4 Really nice, well cared for site. Laid out I’m a wooded area. Hard standing pitches with several fully serviced. Shower block and facilities are really good. Very spacious cubicles and very clean and well kept.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Excellent adults only site, amenities modern, very clean, staff very friendly and helpful, pitch sizes vary, full service very roomy. Access to the site from main roads very easy, no small lane issues ! Our 1st visit, but definitely will not be the last ! Highly recommend

A nice safe quiet dog walk immediately off site was a bonus.

WiFi on site but is charged for. £2 for 24 hours/2Gb max.
Fairly near to Birmingham Airport. There is some distant aircraft noise first thing in the morning from take-off, but its more a distant rumble and not particularly intrusive. Aircraft do not overfly the site.
Friendly staff. There is an adjacent golf course and club house for meals too.

It’s well kept, clean, tidy and very peaceful. It’s adult only I’m afraid but I guess this appeals to a proportion of the clients staying.
The crockery and laundry area is spacious and the toilets are hotel grade! Having overseen a washroom refit at work I know they must’ve spent a lot money on the toilets.
The clever thoughtful touches go on including lovely pictures dotted around the washing and toilet building and music in the toilets.
On arrival the site supplies a very good leaflet with lots of useful information.
Oh and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
The village of Meriden has quite a few good shops and takeaways and is an easy short walk away – I carried some chips back from the chippy on our first evening there.
Kenilworth, Leamington, Warwick, Coventry and Birmingham are all close by – we popped into our favourite Leamington Cafe at The Neighbourhood one day.
