Rating:1 This vets will never be used again by us we have had to make a huge complaint regarding the vet who seen my dog as she hurt him multiple times one by picking him up by his tail he is a small mini poodle. He then growled at her as she hurt him she then muzzled him which caused him discomfort. She was very rude to me shouting at me to hold his head. No patience or care for my dog at all. God knows what she is like with animals without the owners present.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Took my cat for his 4th annual vaccination. He was weighed & given same vaccine brand as previous 3yrs but the dose was very much larger than usual. Spent 24hrs immediately afterwards checking he was breathing. He became so lethargic & despondent he didn’t want to move for 24hrs & breathing shallow. Vet initally thought it was his 1st vaccine. I had to remind her it was his 4th annual vaccine. Notes not read at all. Only used this vet for vaccines and now they can’t dispense these safely. Avoid if you value your pets life!

Unfortunately with our recent visit we took our cat in for an examination and diagnoses as she had fallen sick and lost weight, we were met with a new vet where there were some clear communication issues with in regards to language.
Did not read any previous notes from the previous check up to be up to date with all necessary information before examining their patient, and immediately suggested something that had already been done weeks prior for a quick cash out it seems.
This vet did not even stop to ask us of any symptoms we had noticed with our own cat, before jumping into saying terms such as “tumor” “cancer” “end of life” purely from a visual inspection of weight loss and our cat being old.
This has been the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had in any field of medical practice. Imagine going to the doctors for a rash and they immediately tell you it’s skin cancer at a gla...
