Showing 5 reviews Rating:2 Had the munch box. It is definitely not worth the money. Is it acceptable to give 3 wings – one wing, which has a tiny bit of meat on it? Why are there so little fries? I asked for a bit extra sauce on the fries too that wasn’t done. The burger was okay, standard stuff. Can’t lie, big disappointment, needs some work, definitely not worth £20.

I work in the area and actually first avoided Flame and Ice because I ate at another branch and found that the quality of the food was not good but the Bearwood branch is lovely. I’ve been here at least five times. Tried the pineapple sunset smoothie for the first time today and it was great for the sunny weather.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 My partner and I have been hoping to try this establishment for a while, and it certainly didn’t disappoint! Quieter than expected but the food had brilliant taste, all fresh and good portion sizes. We had two smashed beef burger meals which were to die for, a bubble waffle and a cookie dough. All were prepared quickly and the service was fantastic, big smiles from the staff! Definitely eating here again.

The wings were nice, but the Flaming beefburger was kinda soggy and had like 0 structure, the chips looked sad tbh, and the chicken n rice was absolutely not it- chicken was okay but rice lacked flavour and especially salt. ( had to just pick the chicken out )
Their strong points are chicken, and their milkshakes. Don’t buy anything else.
