Sweet, sour spicy chickens, hot sun and cold fresh beer… Great way to start the weekend

Terrible. TGI used to be ok for a chain place, but prices have gone up by around 50% and quality has dropped through the floor. Even their cocktails are now prr mixed rubbish. £30 for some manky ribs!!! Service was rubbish, we had to go and get a waiter twice to come for our orders of drinks and then food. There was a massive delay for the starters then a long delay for mains, my ribs were stone cold and had to go back. All in all a sad experience in a once over the top happy place. They don’t even do happy birthday songs anymore.

Came here for my birthday, enjoyed a nice meal with my mom, dad and brother. I had the chicken pasta which was really yummy. As it was my birthday the staff sung me a happy birthday song which filled me with joy and happiness. Got given a handmade balloon hat which I put on my head for the duration of the time we was there. I also got given some cake with cream which was delicious! I was able to use my student discount but the signal here isn’t really the best. Amelia was really nice, polite and friendly. Thank you 🙂

Wonderful first time visit. Vegan burger and fries were outstanding. Waiter was wonderful- attentive and informative. Prices were high but worth every penny. Four very happy diners. Thank you TGI,s hope to return soon.

Really happy to see more choice for vegetarians/vegans. I wouldn’t recommend the fajitas as it’s mainly onion and chillis. The Jack Daniels sesame strips were alright but the shop stopper for me (which might seem sad but i love it) was the garlic mash. Next time, I’m probably just going to go for small plates and try the vegan loaded fries!
The server we had was fantastic, we never had to ask for a refill of our drink – she was already on it. She made conversation and gave us information on dishes.
Music is always a little too loud in tgis I find and it’s difficult to have a conversation.
