TGI Fridays falls short with poor service and lackluster food quality. However, there’s one shining star on their menu. the Chocolate Fudge Fixation dessert, which is the only thing I order now. It is absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, even when ordering delivery, they consistently forget to include the ice cream that accompanies it. Overall, while the dessert is a standout, the overall experience leaves much to be desired.

This is one of the best meals I’ve ever had, came back here after a disappointing experience previously and glad I did. Food was amazing, all three course were lovely particularly loved the bbq ribs. Were served by chocho who provided very quick pleasant service! Great experience for my boyfriends birthday thank you team!

Absolutely disgusted with my experience at TGI Fridays Walsall this evening. Firstly the seats were absolutely FILTHY! It’s clear that when they’re cleaning the tables they’re allowing the crumbs to just sit on the seats which is vile. Majority of the seats were like this. Secondly We waited 45 minutes before asking where our food was. We asked for our toddlers food to be brought out ASAP and when it came after 45 minutes the pasta was cold. We returned this immediately and my child ate nothing but chips as he was absolutely starving and hysterical at this stage. Our food was mediocre, sweet potato fries looked disgusting and not edible. We complained to the member of staff and the table next to us overheard and decided to leave the restaurant to go to Bella Italia instead – something I wish we had done! Whoever is managing this restaurant needs to be sacked, all you have to do is read the recent reviews of this place and you’ll see that this is not an isolated incident. We will ...

This was my first time going to this restaurant in England. It is a bit pricey. The portions were ok but a bit stingy with the toppings. The food was good. It was served hot and delicious. The customer service was good. I ordered the chicken fajitas. They were out of guacamole and only gave me three small tortillas. I ate the rest of the chicken by itself. There were no free refills on drinks. I recommend this location.
