First time trying this place and had the chicken and chips few hours later and I’ve got food poisoning wouldn’t recommend. Looked off as soon as I went in should have gone with my gut instinct. But you live and learn.

Rating:1 We ordered kebab meat and fries aswell as other food, the man took our money he then dished out our fries and left them sitting on the side open for about 5 minutes because the kebab meat wasn’t ready, he then sliced the kebab meat off and put it in the grill, my partner told the man that the chips will be cold so he then took the chips and re heated them in the fryer, when it was served to us, the kebab meat was dry and hard with no taste. Very disappointed

Only to now be treated with disrespect by the owner due to my brothers disability.
At first he was hesitant to admit his apparent dislike towards him due to his disability, claiming his presence in his shop might harm his business. Reiterating the fact we have been regulars for 2yrs, only now did he think to express this “concern” for his business.
He had ample opportunity over the 2yrs to verbalise his opinion.
having us believe we were welcomed in the shop, to only then treat us with disrespect and disregard, finally showing his true colours.
He even thought it was appropriate to begin this conversation in front of the disabled boy, who we removed from the scene in order to not upset him. He showed no care in how this could’ve affected him.
Putting the money first rather than his customers satisfaction, he even absurdly suggested we purchase the food and leave rather than dining in each time.
Stating a takeout option ...

They accepted the order and everything seemed fine.
They then put it out for Delivery and after it was out for about 30 mins i called the restaurant just to be informed it would be with me soon… It never came.
Tried calling the restaurant after another 40 minutes and they physically lifted the phone just to put it back down, I then tried to ring them back several times to just be left ringing.
Absolutely vile customer service and a scam of a business. DO NOT buy from these guys.
Spent over 90 minutes waiting for a delivery that never existed and was essentially given the middle finger.
Awaiting refund via JustEat.

In reply to your comments I did not lie about your food I will upload the photo of your food so nice try.
You clearly have no respect to serve that to customers, could you not tell that it was very dry and yes we spent £15 but even if I spent £2 the standard of food should be a lot better than we received.
Are you saying you did not put your kebab meat in the pizza oven, and my partner spoke to you about the fries being left on the side so you put them back in the fryer
