    Really good visit, went with my nephew who loves chocolate!! My criticism would be that it wasn’t that big. You only get to see a small section of the factory where people are making the chocolate for the shop on the ground floor. I thought it’d be much bigger & was told it used to be! Completely understand it’s probably due to health & safety etc, but was done within the hour I’d say (we stopped outside for a small refreshment & gift shop so our overall trip was probably about 2 hours)

    We had a great time, especially Afternoon Tea experience was worthwhile, as Cadbury characters go around and come to each table to greet children and pose with them for photo opportunities.

    Learning history about Cadbury was very interesting, especially Bournville village museum for me.

    Gift shop could do a bit better though, selling more interesting items, such as books, cards about Cadbury history and possibly models of old Cadbury boxes/ tins, just a thought.

    Was great, even for my disabled dad, who uses a mobility scooter. All experiences were accessible thanks to the wonderful staff. The only issue was that we were unable to ride the cocoa bean ride, which was upsetting. Overall, it was fun,interesting, and staff yet again were great

    The chocolate factory seems to have lost its lustre over the years unfortunately. The charm of the classics still appeal, such as the demonstrations on how chocolate is tempered and the chocolate train. The staff are lovely and very much in the spirit of being in a chocolate factory. The establishment itself can do with a re-vamp and some reinvigorating to live up to the spirit of the factory.

    We had a good day out however some things to work on:
    1) have working lifts so wheelchair users and those with pushchairs do not miss out on parts of the factory, such as the demonstrations on the first floor;
    2) better range of food offered in the cafe. As whimsical as it is to have chocolate pizzas, having normal mini pizzas would make the experience better.

    In Cadbury World, where you can eat, play, and even get some chocolate souvenirs. Of course, it’s a must to take the kids along for the tour!

    Through interactive exhibitions, you can learn about the history of chocolate and the evolution of the Cadbury brand. After a live demonstration of chocolate making, you can taste freshly made chocolates, and even customize them with your preferred toppings. Both adults and kids will enjoy it!

    From riding a mini train while listening to stories, experiencing the 4D theater, to playing in the outdoor gaming area, and of course, buying souvenirs at the end! While it may not have limited edition items, or as fancy products, trying different flavors of chocolate and receiving a bunch of chocolates upon entry is still quite a treat!
