Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Would not recommend. Too many children. You’ll spend the whole hour searching for your child checking if they’re safe as there too many children around pushing and shoving. Staff seem to just think they are here for fun not actually do their job. Place has no AC it is too hot and not worth it for the hour.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 If I could give this place zero stars I would. Don’t go here if you want to encounter rude and unprofessional staff. They do not care about health and safety regulations as there was way too many kids and parents in curing that session. I was at the under 4s area with my nephew and was told continuously this was for the under 4s in a rude tone even tho he is 3. Staff do not watch what is going on properly instead like to just sit talk. Do not recommend this place. Rush is way better.

Rating:4 Didn’t know about hourly slots so for those going first time, check those and arrive ten minutes before so you can fill out the form, for two adults and two kids (1&3) we paid £33 contactless worked but due to arriving at 12.20 and filling out the forms we were only allowed to use half an hour of the slot despite paying the full amount they don’t let you run over into the next slot to get your full hour – no complaints but be aware as not every place is this strict but they are here, next we needed somewhere to put our things, we don’t carry cash and £2 in coins were needed to use the lockers, we ended up leaving our coats on a table and came back to a woman sat on top of them. They have a nice looking food and drinks section with slush which is a nice option as you do get hot with all the jumping around. There are signs that say no outside food allowed inside which I find silly. Just let people pack their lunches if they want to, some of us have fussy eaters!

0 You have already voted! Rating:4 I went to the toddler only session which is only from 12-1 which feels a little short as by the time you have fished the kids out the ball pits a few times and climbed up a slide or two the session is over.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 This place is massive in comparison to our local one. It’s cleaned regularly, the inflatables themselves are spotless and the staff are really friendly. Only problem I’ve found is a missing lock on one bathroom stall but thats it. My step daughter and fiance love this place

The place is huge and there is plenty to do as we were allowed to use the main arena as well, The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The drinks area was cash only on the day I attended so not sure if this is usual practice but do be prepared just in case.
I found a very limited number of Lockers to store shoes in but you wouldn’t be able to fit much else in and they cost money to use.
