Showing 5 reviews Rating:3 As soon as you walk in, it looks like you’ve left the modern day and entered the future. The place was exactly like I’d hope it would be like. The staff were super helpful and friendly from the moment we walked in to instantly helping out with technical issues to keep the game moving swiftly once we got geared up and into DEADWOOD MANSION.

We played Dragonfire, and despite having a technical glitch at the start where one of us couldn’t see the screen / sound went and was a bit glitchy, we were soon sorted and continued with our game. We loved watching our videos back, and enjoying a few drinks from the robot bartender. Thank you all.

It is ideal for team collaboration or an enjoyable gathering with friends. I cannot recommend it enough!

The gearing up area made me feel like I was ready for something special, and if i had never used any kind of VR before, then Deadwood Mansion would’ve been great.
The story and setting were creepy. The idea of having to fend off hoards of zombies whilst being taunted by an unseen villain I was in for.
Unfortunately, the tension of the music, atmosphere, and villain dialogue was undercut by the dance music pounding in the background on overhead speakers that completely killed the vibe of the game throughout.
Didn’t impact communication with my teammate as his voice could be clearly heard way before the headphone delay. Also...

Came for my birthday with a group of friends and we did Seekers of the Shard which was a medieval vr experience where your characters can be sword wielders, axe wielders or archers with different abilities to help you progress! It was nice and quick to sign in and the only issue we had was my partners name(even though the booking was under her name) wasn’t showing on the screen so at the end, it had the wrong name matching her character, which if you want to share the results king of messes with it slightly, so being able to edit your name fully when signing it would be good.
We then got taken through to the areas to put out equipment on, the team were really helpful showing us which to put where and prepping us aswell as hyping us up against our other friends as we had to split into two groups of 4.

One of the weapons was not working, unfortunately, but they gave us a voucher to be hsed for next time. So that was very nice of them though would have been good if they realised we had our hand up to sort it out.
