0 You have already voted! Rating:5 So this is my first time going to National Sea Life Centre Birmingham, and I just loved that place. It was so peaceful and I saw some really big fishes. i mean, I have not seen them before. The place was so photogenic and colorful. This place is highly recommended by me you should go there once with your family and friends.

0 You have already voted! Rating:4 Went on a date here. I hadn’t been in a decade, but it was still very fascinating to see again as an adult. Thoroughly enjoyed watching the new otters showcased, was very fortunate to catch them on time but at the same time feeding was a little late but it was worth waiting an extra 10-15mins even if it was just a 5minute watch. Would have appreciated being able to see these promoted online or elsewhere as we ran into the posters by chance, and whilst waiting, we couldn’t figure out if we were at the right place to watch.

The place is really well prepared for the visitors and the fishes seem to be all in good health. I wouldn’t recommend the VR experience since it’s expensive and it only lasts for a few minutes but the rest of SEA LIFE is worth exploring! Leave some money for the shop at the end! They have some fun items and you can even adopt one of the penguins!

The kids absolutely loved it. There is so much to see, we really enjoyed our time there.
I like the conservation that happens and the fact they teach the public about caring for our environment- very educational for children in billing their interest in taking care of our planet.
The sea life are very well cared for and the staff are lovely and friendly. We watched the Archer fish being fed, it was a very fascinating talk and great to see the fish display their natural behaviours.

Lovely to take a leisurely stroll around. We had a lovely time.
Pity the VR is not included, considering the amount paid for tickets. £5 per person is a lot of money, particularly if you’ve got a larger family!!

Fortunately, there was a staff member close by who was not only friendly but very informative. I heard she shares a name with one of the sea turtles in the tunnel. Was really glad to have seen her as we would’ve otherwise missed the otters.
