Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Couple weeks ago did my alignment from these guys, they said they did it charged me and it felt the same took my car to a different garage and they said it wasn’t even done alignment was still out Horrible service wouldn’t recommend

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 If 10 stars were an option, then this company is the most deserving. Yesterday, my tyre popped at around 5pm. I had my kids in the car and we had to make an emergency stop. A lovely man took my car in and sorted it out for me and replaced my tyre while they were getting ready to go home. If this isn’t enough, one kind gentleman didnt even let me pay and said there was no need. Such a gentleman and made me believe that there really are some great people on this earth. To the man who helped us yesterday, if you read this, I just wanted to say a huge thank you on behalf of my daughters, sister and I.

Rating:5 Based on a few visits here now, the staff are always welcoming (even waved hello when I walked through the door this morning whilst he was on the phone to acknowledge me and smiled) and show an eagerness and willingness to help you as a human, not just care for your money. I’ve found them professional, well mannered and provide me with a range of options at every visit. I have also been lucky to be fit in last minute on some occasions or return once a part is ordered. I find services well priced and affordable too. They have solidly left a very positive impact on me and thus I keep returning.

I would not take my car anywhere else for a service/MOT or repair – the prices are excellent, the work is done in a timely way and the staff are so friendly and helpful. It’s rare these days to come across a business where you feel they genuinely care. My experience with ATS is they do genuinely care!
