Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 I’m not the one to leave google reviews but I’ve been coming to BSB for a little while now I can say from the first time I ever popped in and everytime after that I’ve been made to feel welcome and they have always sorted me out with parts I will never go anywhere else for parts genuinely always happy to help you out

They delivered my order to the wrong address, I could only tell this via the DPD app. When I contacted them they just apologised but said it had already been delivered. Only after asking how they were going to get my order to me they just said they would refund my postage charge.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Purchased a dog guard and boot liner, both of which were listed on their ebay shop listing as in stock and available for immediate 1-2 day delivery. After 4 days I emailed them to establish where the items were. They stated in a brash one liner that they were out of stock. Further emails went unanswered. A telephone call was dealt with rudely and I never received the promised call back. The items were finally delivered 15 days late by courier (UK Mail – excellent service!). Whilst the items received were perfect and exactly as required, the service received was not and nothing like expected. No compensation was offered and in fact was refused when requested. A discount on future orders was proposed however I believe they are only too aware I will not be returning. I would not recommend this company, they are unprofessional and falsely advertise availability of products. The only satisfying aspect of this transaction is that my dog is now happily contained in the boot and the floo...

How does this solve my problem. I went to the address they claim to have delivered to but there is no answer and I can’t keep travelling 20 miles to the address, and why should I when it’s not my fault.
Will have to see what my credit card company can do to help me.

This Company intentionally falsely advertises products by placing photos of different products on both the website and the eBay ads. Products they can’t sell are placed on eBay with misleading photos to fool buyers. They then refuse to supply the actual product in the photo. They just use that photo to dump the unwanted item onto an unfortunate buyer.
They will then try to bully you into accepting their scam. Luckily eBay acknowledged the false fraudulant advertising and fully refunded the money including shipping.
This Company shoild be banned from eBay.
Don’t risk losing your money. Thankfully eBay knows how to deal with them.
