0 You have already voted! Rating:5 I went to G S F Solihull this Saturday morning after my local A 1 motor store haddent got all the parts I wanted what a difference the staff.. was great. But the guy who served me went out of his way to help don’t know his name but operator no HA4072 a big thank you to him and came away with all the parts I needed to do the job.

Rating:2 before reserving parts, make sure that the part is actually there, maybe by calling…they are reserving parts on the website and when you go to pick them up they don’t have them…I traveled 40 minutes to pick it up at GSF Solihull and received the news that they didn’t have it in stock and the seller said he would deliver it to my company the next day and simply forgot…I paid for the part and didn’t receive it…worse than there is a GSF near B&Q and I went there to collect my money and they told me it couldn’t be resolved. Only in Solihull.. The store salesman didn’t even let me finish explaining and turned his back.. I will only use this store again as a last option
