Do not use kwik fit I’ve had my tyres 6 months and I’ve got a bulge on one of them I gave them a call only to be told they won’t do anything because I’ve hit a pot hole I’m the only person to drive the car and I’ve not had any impact with pot holes didn’t even want to have a look everything else you buy you have 12 months guarantee absolute garbage only one star because I couldn’t post with no star which is what I wanted to leave DO NOT USE

Great service fast and reliable. The only downside is when they finished the MOT & parked it, they left the car still in gear (causing me to jult forward & stall ).

I usually use Geoff and Ash at Bilston branch, but unfortunately the Tyres I required were not in stock. Ash rang round and found availability at Stafford Street, so booked me in over the phone. Both Steve and Jake at Stafford Street were exceptionally professional, making me feel welcome and valued as a customer. The tires were fitted quickly, and I was back on the road with minimal delay. Well done chaps.

Excellent service as usual. Gavin Powell at Stafford Street branch took good care of me and kept me updated on my car. He clearly explained what work needed to be carried out before the next MOT. He is a credit to Kwik Fit.
