Great experience, prompt, efficient.
Tyres are expensive nowadays although cheaper than main dealership service.
There is a need to liaise with customer to reset TPMS.
Although only changing rear near side tyre, also undertook, after discussion and explanation of cost, tracking on both axels; the quality of today’s roads demand these reviews to save tyre wear. The tyre health check is a useful feature but the spare was accessible in the boot but advised as otherwise. Ensure to remind the fitting team to check this.

Really impressed with the service I received here. I had a puncture due to a screw in my tyre and despite not having an appointment and them being busy Dan asked if I could leave the tyre with them and they would look at it as soon as they could.
I received a call from Dan three hours later to say they’d managed to fix it rather than me having to pay for a replacement.
Really happy and would definitely recommend.

Another fabulous outcome from Kwik Fit Shirley today. Every time I’ve needed help over the past 2 years, they have been there for me and I am so grateful. Friendly and efficient, and resolving the problem each time. Today it was for an air con refill. I don’t know how they get time to finish a job, with customers coming in and out but they do. A huge thank you to Josh & Jake and the team .

Thanks so much to Aaron at the Shirley branch. Had multiple issues with my car, he checked them quickly whilst I was there and booked me in for the rest of the work to be completed within a day or so. After an hour he called me to say he had space to fit me in that afternoon instead! Great service, fantastic customer service skills and beat the price I’d been quoted elsewhere.
Always a lovely team to deal with and very trustworthy. I’ve used them multiple times in the past and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you again 🙂

An unplanned visit which left me impressed. Had a full tyre deflation on the motorway whilst passing through Solihull and managed to limp our way to this Kwik Fit. Even though they were very busy The team was super friendly as soon we arrived. They explained that they were fitting us in as it was an emergency repair and we were grateful. The fitter was called Abbas and was really informative and explained careful to us why the repair couldn’t be done. Although we had to part with money which was unplanned I felt that the spend was fair and the service was of high quality. I would recommended using this garage to anyone.
