0 You have already voted! Rating:5 I’ve tried Bagels in different places but this particular one in Grand Central is 10/10. I thought they treated me too nice so I had to come back with my friends again to see if the service is still the same and all my friends were amazed. I had an amazing experience, especially with the staff , very friendly & they look very happy dealing with customers . The manager is fantastic & so as her employees. They all look happy doing their job. Wish them all the best and hopefully they keep up the good work. Thanks once again Bagel factory in Grand Central Birmingham

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Was asked if I wanted my bagel hot or cold, I said cold- it came piping hot. Why ask my preference? Staff also look extremely miserable to be here. Woman who took my order was so unenthused and just looked irritated. Apparently don’t do tap water even though they have taps. When my correct order finally arrived the bagel was toasted so much it was rock hard and I could not bite into it at all. Would never revisit. Appalling service and quite frankly, appalling overall. Do better.

0 You have already voted! Rating:2 Fairly expensive for what it was (£5.95 for smoked salmon and cream cheese). This was the only bagel that cost more to eat in than to take away which I thought was quite odd.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 £8 for a bagel, definitely not worth it. First of all the service is absolutely diabolical! The price displayed is not correct, they over charge for everything. The bagel was nothing special, would not go back again

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Was good until i took a bite of a sandwich and tasted really mushy lettuce, opened the sandwich and could tell that the lettuce was wilted? Mind you they had just prepared the sandwich and about 15 seconds later i took a bite of it…not eating here again.

We ordered a bagel (displayed price £5.79) the lady who served us, Aaksa, asked us if we want lettuce cucumber and pesto. I said sure, lettuce and cucumber, not knowing they cost extra. Unfortunately she did not tell us the final price just passed us the card machine. After paying we realised the price was over £8. We were charged for lettuce, cucumber and 2x pesto (£0.69 each). Before they even started making the bagel, we asked for a refund, as we didn’t knew those cost extra and moreover we didn’t ask for pesto. The prices for the extras are also not displayed anywhere. The lady serving us was extremely rude and said they can’t do any refunds as nobody knows the till password.
I had a look at other reviews on Google and it seems standard practice, with extreme cases of being charged over £22 for two bagels.

Nice choice of bagels to choose from. Staff didn’t seem particularly prepared and ignored me for a while even though the place was empty and there were at least 3 staff behind the counter
