Served by the loveliest lady each time I go here, the cookies are amazing and the brownies are out of this world. Highly recommend!

Visually appealing but somehow both horribly sweet and almost entirely flavourless. By far the worst offender was a large slab of Red Velvet cookie pie, which tasted solely of sugar and dough. 90% of it went in the bin. Absolutely not recommended.

If the quote “looks are deceiving” was a business, this would be the place to go. The cookie is bland. No flavour. Just dough. Literally plain, boring and dull dough! No flavour whatsoever. Secondly, they don’t taste like anything, you get a very small taste at the centre but the rest is very meh. Very disappointing taste wise.
This is the worst part – the member of staff decided to charge us for something we didn’t even request. We only found out thanks to the courtesy of Apple Pay notifications, and then the member of staff had the audacity to say “oh yeah, I didn’t realise. Sorry can’t do a refund”. Absolutely ridiculous.
They are only getting a 1 star because 0 stars is not an option.

If you like expensive and extremely sweet then this is for you. Caramel Freddo Brownie slice was sickly sweet. Unfortunately not for me. The lady serving was lovely and very helpful though.
