Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 Received fresh cake instantly i ask staff 12 inch cake, on the spot they prepared and gave to me and that was so fresh…and the staff was very friendly and coperative.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Would give this place 0 stars if I could. Spent nearly £80 on a birthday cake for a party that was supposed to be ready by 12. Unfortunately got there and the lady serving didnt have a clue she went to the back and asked about it. Was told that its not 12 its actually between 12-12.30 which meant it wasn’t ready. Once received took straight to the party and you could tell this was rushed, looked so untidy and there was so much cream and jam in it so disappointed

Rating:1 Probably one of the most awful experiences of my life- they had glitches on their system to process a card payment they were unable to provide a refund as they need 24 hours I ordered it yesterday – no writing was on the cakes and no one took ownership so now I’m £50 short then what I anticipated- additionally the manager isn’t sure when he is going to be in and the colleague said she doesn’t know if he will email back!! AWFUL AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

The overall experience was disappointing, as the pastries tasted old and like they had been sitting for a while. I hope the quality improves in the future to match the reputation of Cake Box’s delicious treats.”
