0 You have already voted! Rating:2 I had a disappointing experience at the cake shop. The staff exhibited rude behavior and an unwarranted attitude, making the overall visit unpleasant. Customer service was lacking, and it significantly impacted my impression of the establishment, i will be returning to my usual one on soho road they have better customer service.

Rating:5 Cake was made to exactly how I wanted it, staff behind the counter were very helpful and showed me samples so that I could pre order some more cup cakes for another day on arrival to pick up the cup cakes saw another cake on display which I also brought and they happily wrote a message on the cake and showed me before they boxed it up. Very good service and delicious cakes thanks

I ordered a cake from the Moseley branch and they completely ruined the order by providing me with the incorrect pick up time. I couldn’t pick up the cake on the amended time because of work commitments. I demeaned a refund but and the man was extremely rude to me! He was swearing and then had the absolute audacity to start bombarding me with messages on WhatsApp, something I do NOT give them the permission to do. Oldbury is the HQ for the franchise so I informed the owner of what happened. He was quite understanding and informed me that he will look into this and that I should contact my bank so they could provide a chargeback. My bank have now informed me that the Cake Shop won’t provide me with a refund. Upon calling the manager I was at work so I recorded the entire conversation so they really shouldn’t have lied to their bank. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!

This place serves endless cakes, muffins, triffles, cake sundaes and event cakes.
They don’t have a place to sit but take away available.
Very nice ambience and their display of cakes are amazing.
Their single-serving black forest cake was so big and tasty.
Highly recommend this cake shop.
