Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Visited the store and ordered a sandwich. Card machine was down so cash only which was fine. Waited 25 minutes and still not made chased it with the cashier. She went to check and clearly had forgotten about it as asked me which bread I wanted. I didn’t have any more time to wait around so had to ask for the money back and left. Shame as this place is normally fantastic.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 I love popping in here to either catch up with close ones over a coffee and cake or buy a selection of treats as gifts when visiting family. Every single visit leaves me feeling happy as the customer service is exemplary – they love their job, making sure their guests have a great experience. I popped in pretty frazzled after a hectic morning and the lovely lady behind the counter kindly offered some water. I declined and despite this she kindly brought a cup of iced water to help me out. I didn’t realise how badly I needed it and was really grateful for her kindness and going out of her way to make sure I was ok. Despite living 20 min away by car, this is one spot I will make time to visit as it’s a real treat

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Delicious and totally not focused around a branded experience. Hot chocolate made from milk rather than instant. Lovely handmade pineapple cream cake. Worth every penny x

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 I have been using this bakery since lockdown but the last few weeks the service has been terrible, Monday the 16th I order bacon and sausage sandwich , I get home and unwrap it to find I have an egg sandwich, well done!

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Great spot for breakfast. Between us we had chili scotch egg, sausage roll, quiche, chicken and mushroom pie, fruit tart, cappuccinos and hot chocolate. All very tasty and staff very efficient

3 days later I return and order two bacon and sausage sandwiches and when I get home both are sausage and egg, I’ve attached a pic so you can see the standard of eggs this bakery is serving up. 1 star is generous
