I understand that customers can be rude, but as I was not, I do not appreciate attitude and a general lack of interest in my query. Assuming the manager looks at these reviews please inform Keisha, that she either needs more training in professionalism or should change careers. You are there to educate customers not ridicule them and make them lose faith in the company you are representing. You can do better so please do.

It is so secure that it can take 10s of hours, 100s of phone calls, a hand full of letters and over a year to make a single withdrawal. I say OVER a year because they still have our money.
Jokes aside, there are plenty of more modern solutions to moving money abroad, try Transfer-wise, think of Revolut but for god’s sake DO NOT USE JN BANK. They will happily take your money but it will be easier to get a divorce than make a withdrawal. Set of clowns/Rip of merchants that prey on the old and vulnerable.
