I had to register a bereavement and Jaz went through the processes extremely well. I’ve always had a good experience in Lloyds in fact.

At 03.00am i went to check on my money, 3 times i pit my details in, n 3 times they said it was wrond, now i have to wait until 9am for Lloyds to open at 9sm. Whats the point of internet banking?.

I usually order meals for delivery, can be a wait as they are busy but worth it. I’ve been having meals from them for years, very happy.
