Rating:1 I visited the bank this month because my Internet banking was not working I called customer service and they tried to help me but they couldn’t do it, then they suggested I should go to the bank so they could help me. I went to the bank the lady who was standing there was supposed to help us she was so rude I kept asking her for help and she kept ignoring me she said sit down as long as you want and call customer service I can’t help. I am so disappointed with their services.

Rating:1 I’ve been a customer for 31 years,always happy till yesterday.i was told to wear a face mask if I wanted to gain entry,I thought we had the choice,I don’t have to wear one on medical grounds but I put one on .when I got to cashier he removed his mask.next time I will take the knee and wave rainbow flag ,just do your job,I do mine and mind your own business.

Rating:1 Hi everyone, I went into the Wednesbury branch of Lloyd’s taking 10 bags of change to be paid in my account only to be told we only take 5 bags in to which I replied I didn’t know, then another staff member rudely said well we been doing it since 2017 to which I replied can you use your discretion and take them this once as I didn’t know they replied no where will it end I said I only have 5 more bags but no rude and unhelpful, the staff have a chip on their shoulder, close the branch and just keep West Bromwich open at least they are helpful.
